  It is a shame the gym is so money focused rather than customer focused. It is one of the more expensive gyms in the area, they also refuse to match other gym rates. Unfortunately the manager of Baldivis has little people skills, the personal trainers are amazing but this is all they have going for them.

  Really disappointed with Baileys Baldivis. I followed my current trainer here and signed up only because of her. Myself along with 20 other clients are doing an 8 week challenge and currently in week 7 only to be told that our trainer has been told to leave this Friday and will not be offered a contract next year. The management team couldn’t care less about the clients that are affected by this which is disgusting. They only care about the money coming in from our memberships. Would not recommend this place at all!

  I canceled my membership weeks ago and they are still taking money from my account, an ever higher amount than when I was signed up. I have moved over 4 hours away and finding them very difficult to deal with over the phone. Also, upon signing up I was promised 3x free 45 minute sessions with a personal trainer which I never received.

  Thank you for taking the time to respond I understand I did question about membership via FB however I was actually in the gym looking to take over a contract I had changed my mind about the non contract membership however $35 a fortnight is too expensive
