    Fantastic food, but service was very average. Lighting and noise were also very difficult to deal with.

    Really nice old English pub style place. Plenty of parking. Pool table, darts, board and card games plus Ping pong tournaments. Great beer. Beautiful out on the balcony and comfy cosy inside.

    Whitelakes Amber was good pie, chips and salad very slow to arrive

    It was good food, but had 2 vegetarian options, 1 wasn’t available so got the other which was a very small portion. Was still pretty hungry after the meal. Enjoyed what I got though.

    Terrible food!!!! Ordered the "Beef roast of the day" and im fairly sure the qhole plate was heated in the microwave oven!! Beef was like the sole of a very old boot, roast potatoes were dry and shrivelled up!!! Dont waste you're time going here for food. Service is very average too, meals came out with 10 minutes inbetween. Yeah so needless to say id never take my family back here. Time to sort yourselvea out Vernon Arms!!!!
