  High chair - they only had the floor stock of the colour I wanted nil in stock at the shop nor at the warehouse. I was willing to buy the floor stock and they refused to sell despite having a number of other colours as display stock, purchased from bubs&grubs instead.

  Huge selection but not all staff have any product knowledge. One lady was super knowledgeable but when I went back in the next person had no idea what I was talking about. I had just bought a $450 item they have on special. 1st time hubby went in for me & again no idea what we wanted & there was a whole wall of the items.

  I was very happy with the service I received. They were very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They are a bit pricier but they have a large range of products on display and in stock.

  Poor customer service. I was there opening weekend & the service was good, all down hill from there. Unwilling to help with information, purchases, and returns. When baby was 2weeks old I went to get bottles. The 0+ was out of stock and was told the 1+ was be fine. Needless to say, it wasn't fine. Return of a broken gift, wouldn't help with exchange (against consumer law) I had to go to the company for help. Purchasing a mattress for my cot. We had 4 staff members walk past us, one asked if we needed help after she walked past us twice and I made a comment. Went in to do a baby shower registry, was told to Note down what I wanted and to go home and do it online.

  Incessantly I am going to babiesRus (40 mins away) as the staff are friendly, helpful and have better prices on other items. (Plus they price match).
