  Today I went to Baldivis Kmart in Stockland WA, Jan who was working in changing rooms ( 24/10/17 @12pm) was a total b**** I was gob smacked on how rude she was, me and my sisters entered the change rooms, we all said "hi how are you" we got no answer/smile she put her hand out, so we thought that was to hand over our clothes, we came out with all our clothes and we got an evil stare when we finished trying on our clothes, we said thank you have a lovely day and her reply was "ugh"! I will not be coming back if she is there, it was absolutely terrible, we were shocked that someone getting paid could not even smile or say hello! Kmart should be ashamed that they employed a rude old lady that cant even say hello, her customer service was terrible she needs to be trained again or fired because that was crazy, never in my life have I ever been treated like that from someone in customer service! Im only giving one start because she ruined our hole experience at kmart! Every other staff were amazing, presentation was amazing but Jan ruined our hole experience!

  Easy access from top carpark. Found everything I needed. Guy on door was lovely.
