  A suggestion would to be if phone enquiries are received then take a number and call back. Don't leave customers in the shop mid order left to twiddle their thumbs for 10 minutes

  Ordered flowers from Victoria on Friday night , the lady I spoke to was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make a beautiful modern bouquet of flowers for my friend. Delivered promptly the next day as I ordered just before they closed on the Friday night. My friend loved the flowers and sent me a photo of them telling me how gorgeous they were. She was right they were stunning. Will definitely use this florist again when needing to send flowers and would recommend to anyone else they were great.

  A huge thank you to the ladies at Baldivis Florist, I live all the way over the other side of Australia and wanted to surprise my sister with a graduation gift of flowers before she started her afternoon shift, rang up at 9:30am and they had it delivered by 11:30am! My sister was so thrilled and the photo she sent me of the box arrangement they did was wonderful with lots of colour and buds still to open up. Thanks again!

  Very disappointed. Terrible customer service went in today to order flowers was mid discussion about my order. The phone rang and the lady asked me to hold on. I was left to wait whilst she had a very lengthy discussion with customer on the phone. I left the shop. Feel I should have been the priority my time is precious I was mid order.
