  The pizzas are good but their pickup system doesn't work when it's so busy. If someone orders a side with their pizza, put them together so you don't get left waiting 30 extra mins for a garlic baguette because they keep getting taken by delivery drivers and newer orders!

  If you want to make your customers (not complain) happy, then you might as well step up your skills and make sure you know what goes onto the pizza when the customer asks...

  Please read the invoice properly as you put tomato sauce on my pizzas (2 of them) when it clearly says BBQ sauce.

  So angry at the customer service from this shop OMG Payed for an online order then when husband collected was asked to pay without question he did as was unaware already paid. CHARGED TWICE FOR OUR ORDER. Store would not credit overpaid monies as DUE TO IT HAPPENING A FEW TIMES they needed paper copies of my bank statements to send to there tech people for me to get money owed!!!!!!! Obviously I refused to hand over paper copies of all my personal bank details therefore unable to get refund!! OMG the worst customer service system ever. Please be careful ordering any food from this store online if you are then picking up.

  Seriously the best dominos around! The pizza is always absolutely perfect and the staff are always friendly. Baldivis you rock!
