  Ordered 3 times from this store and EVERY TIME they were over an hour late delivering. Hang up all the time on the phone. Spoke with customer service call centre and they said this is not the first time with this store. Worst record for on time deliveries know to man.

  I ordered pizza and delivery ETA was 30 minutes. I waited 15 minutes past the ETA and called the store. The person at the store didn't know what was happing, he asked me a question, then asked someone in store, then asked me another. After 4 questions he told me it was on its way.

  By this time I gave up and went down to the store. I then found out it hadn't left the store they had put it in the heater for pickup and messed up the order.

  50 minutes later I called again and they said it was out for delivery still. I then asked for a refund.

  The manager tried to give me free pizza (my pizza that had been sitting there for an hour and a half by this time) which I refused.

  Ordered 2 pizzas garlic bread and drink, ETA was given 7.06pm delivery time. at 8pm we still had not received out pizza so we called and were told it was 5 mins away. 15 mins later still no pizza so I called again to bel told again 5 minutes away. I said I didnt want the pizza now as he said it left the store over an hour ago and he proceeded to say if its cold when it comes call back. Still no pizza 2 hours after deliver ETA time so called again to say nothing had arrived. He said he was sorry and that he would make fresh order. I said I wasnt interested and would just like my money refunded. He said he would do do this as well as sending fresh pizza. Fresh pizza arrived about an hour later, by this time it was well after 9pm. I am yet to receive my refund even after contacting the store several times. Sorry but to me this is NOT professional at all.

  30 minutes after delivery time I called again. They asked my order details again and told me it was out with the driver and it would be there within 10-15 minutes.

  I was placed on hold as the manager was dealing with another Customer complaint in store. After 10 minutes on hold the staff member came back and asked again for my order details. Kid asking for more details the delivery driver came back and they asked if I had received this.

  I love Pizza Hut however this experience ruined it for me. I wouldn't recommend going here, can guarantee I won't be the last Customer to experience this.
