  From the moment you begin to order till you get to the first window, wait 26 minutes. This window isn't open so wait for the 2nd window. Get there and be told what to pay and handed your food. No hi, no explanation about the ridiculously long wait time. Rude customer service 8/10 times when going here. Foods aite tho.

  Slow at peak times, just like most KFCs. Staff are friendly enough.

  Tried going there 3 times in the last month at times between 8pm and 930pm... after waiting for 20+minutes in a drive through everytime as I get to the collection window I've been told they've run out of what I ordered whether it's nuggets, wicked wings, pieces of original or hot and spicy they've always ran out and asked me to order something else. I dont care what bonuses they get for not having left over stock at the end of the shift, surely having a decent reputation is worth more.

  Everytime we decide to get KFC for our weekly take away treat from KFC Baldivis we either don't receive half of what we ordered or the cashiers can never place the order correctly according to what you wanted, constantly have asked for a large side or meal and the cashier has selected the lesser size or the wrong item. To also add to the appalling service they provide if you walk into the store to pay and collect your food be prepared for at least a half hour minimum wait before receiving your order, this doesn't include the 10-15 minute wait to order because the staff are too concerned about their plans for after work or on the weekend or aren't interested in being there at all. When complaints have been made about the above management aren't interested and won't take responsibilty for poor training and crappy customer service!!!

  Manager making jokes with staff out the back. Cashier getting more orders wrong than right. Terrible service. Need to take a good hard look at management in this KFC
