    Been trying to ring the office for three days now and still no one answers the phone great service again aust post no wonder email is taking over

    Got a sms from post office saying my parcel was awaiting pickup, went down to get it and the woman behind the counter said its here but i cant have it because its not on the shelf??? Why send message if not avalible ???

    When is 5pm not 5pm? When you go to The Baldivis LPO and the clock on the wall is says before 5 but the staff lock the door and CLAIM that the store clock that is in public view is wrong and has been for a few weeks.
