  Being careful what I say here they are presently managing my property and I cannot express the grief this is causing me. From what I call creative invoicing, exorbitant fees and charges I am currently seeking legal advice and dealing with REIWA to terminate this agreement.

  I am sick of getting messages from willow tree ..first it was you havent paid your water bill ..well guess what i had the receipt where i had paid the account ..now we receive a message you havent paid your water bill well guess what you bunch of useless people i havent received a bill ..ive had enough wait till i ring you today ..im fuming...i will be moving and looking for a real estate agent who knows how to run a business

  As an owner I have been given charges for services rendered and after weeks of requests invoices are still not forthcoming. A tenant signed a lease and moved in and no one from the agency advised me of the commencement date or that a lease had been signed until some time after and that was only after I followed it up and I am still waiting for infornation and documents.

  We have recently sold our home with Janette Abbott and her Sales Associate Cole Chyzie and it has been an absolute pleasure. A family member referred us to Janette as they have sold and bought many properties with her and I totally understand now why they recommended her services.

  Happy hunting for an agent but don't choose this one for your property management needs. The sales pitch may be great but the service provided after this is at best left wanting.

  If you are searching for a property manager do yourself a favour and look elsewhere as from discussing previous employees taking agent to Court and discussing homosexual employees and grief that causes all of which is no interest and not not relevant to managing my property and failing to discuss terms of said lease agreement or factors which were already blacked out and not explained I am sealing with head aches and grief as well as a Principal who refuses to call back and continues to create mystical invoiced and us refusing to surrender personal effects to me.
