    Had an issue with my account, another store fobbed me off but the Balidivis Staff member took their time and contacted who needed to be called and after about 30 min everything was back to how it should be. Ensured all details were captured on the system in case something goes wrong in the future and gave me the reference number just in case. Customer service was excellent.

    Absolutely appalled with the service. Copping a charge after being told it was thrown in. Been back twice, both times told a credit will be applied to my account.just received my bill and no credit yet. Looks like I've got to go out of my way once again to get this sorted. Not happy!!!

    Visited the Baldivis Telstra store today after calling Telstra 3 times for help and getting nowhere. The staff were extremely helpful and my problem was solved in 10 minutes. Thanks guys!
